Take out insurance
Your safety is our top priority, and your valuable eBike also needs insurance to protect it. We strongly recommend that you take out insurance that covers damage from accidents or theft. This is not only an investment in protecting your eBike, but also in your safety while riding.4. Don’t lose your keys
With your new eBike you will receive two keys specifically designed to unlock the bike's battery compartment. You don't need to carry these keys with you at all times. Keep them safe at home and avoid carrying them around with you to minimize the risk of loss.
