1. HAOQI maintains a repair center in Nuremberg, where all spare parts are stored. Within the warranty period, we provide you with free repair services to solve any quality problems.
2. We can send you the spare parts you need for free. You can then go to a dealer or repair shop near you, and the labor costs incurred will be covered by HAOQI. (Please contact HAOQI in advance to report the defect and evaluate the repair cost.)
