No. Haoqi's e-bike is fully subject to German regulations and laws, which allow you to ride it without a special license and insurance.
An e-bike with a top speed of 25 km/h and a motor power of 250W is legally treated in the same way as a normal bicycle. You can ride the e-bike anywhere you can ride a normal bicycle.
In Germany, the motor of an e-bike may produce a maximum of 250 watts of power. If the power exceeds this, it is instead an S-Pedelec, which belongs to the vehicle category of mopeds and scooters and therefore requires an insurance license plate.

Normally all HAOQI models are in stock and will be delivered within 3-5 days.
The tire pressure range of Haoqi e-bike is 5-30 PSI/ 0.4-2.1 BAR/ 40-210 KPA. The recommended tire pressure is 20-30 PSI/ 1.4-2.1 BAR.
You can clean it just like a normal bike. The battery is waterproof. We still recommend that you remove the battery before cleaning.
