Schlechter Kundenservice

Habe am 31.7.24 die Lieferung ausgepackt und stellte dabei fest das der Gepäckträger mit der Kabelführung am Hinterrad schleift.
Ich habe daraufhin den Gepäckträger an den 4 schrauben gelöst und versucht ihn in die richtige Position zu bringen aber das war nicht möglich da entweder der Gepäckträger oder der Rahmen des Fahrrads verzogen ist. Habe daraufhin mit der Montage der restlichen Komponenten aufgehört.Habe Tagelang versucht auf mehreren e-mail Adressen die Firma zu erreichen. Bekam am 8.8.24 Antwort weil ich angeblich im Spam landete. Stellten mir einen neuen Gepäckträger in Aussicht den ich bis heute noch nicht erhalten habe. Möchte gerne das Fahrrad zu Ende bauen für meine Mutter aber weiß nicht ob der Gepäckträger oder vielleicht der Rahmen verzogen ist bevor ich die restlichen Teile anbaue

Bis heute knapp 200 km zurück gelegt, nicht das perfekte Bike, Aber es kommt auch darauf an was man will, das Bedienteil(Display) leider nicht abnehmbar, wäre von Vorteil. Bisher keine Probleme,außer ein Pedal. Support in diesem Fall war sehr gut. Reparatur mit Kostenübernahme wäre bei einem Händler meiner Wahl möglich gewesen. Habe das Problem selbst lösen können. Leistung des Motor und der Akku gut bis sehr gut. Aber warten wir ab was die Zeit bringt.
