Returns
◆ As long as the products have no man-made damage, we can refund for you for any reason within 15 days after you receive the products. If there is no quality problem, you need to bear the shipping cost of return. If there is a quality problem, we will bear all the shipping cost. Our policy is 15 days. If 15 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We cannot issue a refund if any of the following two situations occur.
1. Send products to the wrong address (including returning directly to the shipping location without contacting us).
2. Select the return method for cash on delivery.
Refunds
◆ Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your credit card account or original method of payment within 7 business days.
◆ You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your item.
If you are making a return for exchange, we will send you the item you requested after we receive your returned product. Exchange time may vary depending on where you live. If you are shipping an item over 75€, it is recommended that you choose a trackable shipping service or purchase insurance for shipping. We cannot issue you a refund if we are unable to receive your returned item.
◆ Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to officially post. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customers@haoqiebike.com.
