All HAOQI electric bikes are covered by 2-year all-inclusive warranty for customers against all manufacturing defects (any free accessories are not covered by the warranty service).

Warranty period:

2 years from the date of purchase. The guarantee automatically takes effect from the date of your purchase. The guarantee can be implemented under the following conditions, all of which must be met:

  • The 2-year package has not expired since it was received by the original owner.
  • You can provide the name of the original owner and the original order number.
HAOQI will replace any defective or damaged product parts (including damage caused during shipping). The warranty applies to manufacturing and material defects and not to improper use.

This warranty does not apply to:
  • Defects or damage resulting from accident, overuse, abuse, improper use (including but not limited to stunt driving, racing or similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the product), improper storage, excessive exposure to liquids, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, improper physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Defects or damage due to external causes such as fire, flood, storm, lightning, earthquake, weather, theft, blown fuses or improper use of an electrical source.


Frame problems excluded from this warranty include, but are not limited to:
  • corrosion
  • Scratches, impact marks, paint damage
  • Impact damage
  • Irreversible modification (drilling/welding)
  • If necessary, mount chain guard on frame

Batteries
Haoqi batteries are subject to a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase registration, subject to restrictions. During these 2 years, a defective battery will be repaired or replaced free of charge for the customer, if necessary several times. The warranty period does not start again when the battery is replaced, but remains unchanged for 2 years from the original date of purchase.

 If any of the battery seals are broken or show signs of tampering, the warranty will be void. Battery defects may only be assessed by authorized Haoqi technicians.

*In addition to this warranty, we also offer a 3-year free battery replacement service.

Important: Use only the charger intended for the battery in question. Using power supplies or chargers not originally designed for the battery may cause serious damage and may even be very dangerous.

To do so, send your complaints to customer@haoqiebike.com. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required for each warranty claim.
