From 2023, every HAOQI e-bike you purchase will be entitled to the exclusive privilege of a free battery replacement within 3 years. Below are the detailed terms and conditions for the free battery replacement service:
To qualify for the free battery replacement service, the following criteria must be met:
The battery seal should remain intact and no tampering should be done.
Replacement request should be submitted within three years of the date of purchase.
After a thorough inspection (within five working days), we will ship a brand new original battery to your address if your battery is suitable for replacement.
Exchange process
Please follow the following procedure:
Contact our customer service team and provide your order number and battery code to receive the replacement service card.
Send the qualified old battery and the replacement service card safely to our responsible testing center. Please note that you will bear the shipping costs for both ways.

Battery recycling by the manufacturer
As part of our commitment to environmental protection and resource use, we strongly encourage our customers to return their old batteries for proper recycling. Please include the old battery along with the replacement service card when returning it to us.
Please note that the following situations do not meet the criteria for a free battery replacement:
1.Battery damage caused by improper handling or impact caused by human factors.
2.Use of improper power connection.
